Service Styles 

• Carry out
• Delivery & Set Up (Minimum food purchase of$300 and 5 day notice) - $25 for the first 10 miles and $1 for each additional mile based on a round trip.- We provide a complimentary buffet set up for you. We just ask that you have the table(s) and linen(s) ready for us. Deliveries are subject to a 15% service charge for our hourly team member(s) base on your food & beverage sub total.
• Full-Service - 75+ guests (buffet set up, service, tear down & clean up) Full-service events are subject to a 25% service charge. Service charges are disbursed to hourly team members.

Specialty Options (Minimum of 75 people)

• On-site Grilling (Ribs, Rib Tips, Smoked & BBQ Chik'n, and Texas Hot Links) $399
• Carving Stations (Texas Beef Brisket, Ribs, Rib Tips, and Smoked & BBQ Chick'n) $249
• Whole Hogs - An experience that will make you "the talk of the town".
